My story starts many grey hairs ago when I was getting ready for the first date with my now wife. I knew nothing about wine and spent hours furiously consulting Google to try and impress her with my wine selection. Fast forward two years and I was Head Sommelier at a Michelin star restaurant.

After spending a decade helping people pick wines at some of the best restaurants in the world, it’s time to pass on that knowledge to you.
